Create a Consent Form extension for Magento on Common Ninja

First, create a Magento Consent Form extension on Common Ninja. On the extensions catalog, find the Consent Form and enter the Editor.

Save the Consent Form extension

When you're done creating the Consent Form extension, click on the Save Changes button at the right top corner of the editor. If you don't have an account on Common Ninja, you'll have to register first.

Copy the Consent Form Embed Code
