Create a Highlighted Headlines plugin for XenForo on Common Ninja

First, create a XenForo Highlighted Headlines plugin on Common Ninja. On the plugins catalog, find the Highlighted Headlines and enter the Editor.

Save the Highlighted Headlines plugin
