Create a Form Builder add-on for ExpressionEngine on Common Ninja

First, create a ExpressionEngine Form Builder add-on on Common Ninja. On the add-ons catalog, find the Form Builder and enter the Editor.

Save the Form Builder add-on

When you're done creating the Form Builder add-on, click on the Save Changes button at the right top corner of the editor. If you don't have an account on Common Ninja, you'll have to register first.

Copy the Form Builder Embed Code

When you're ready to add the Form Builder add-on to your ExpressionEngine website, click the Add To Website button at the top bar of the Editor.
