Three steps, about a minute
1. Type or paste your players
One name per line, or paste a column straight out of a spreadsheet. Switch to a blank sheet if you would rather write them in by hand.
2. Check the draw
Choose whether round one follows your list, a random shuffle, or standard seeding that keeps the strongest apart. Byes are worked out for you.
3. Print it
The sheet is fitted to one A4 page exactly, so it never spills onto a second one. Your print dialog will save it as a PDF if you prefer.

Thirty-two is where a tournament stops being an afternoon and starts being a schedule.

Running It
Thirty-two takes planning, not just a sheet
Number your matches
Write a number beside each first-round line so people can find their match without reading thirty-two names. The tool leaves room in the gutter for exactly this.
Decide ties first
Write the tie-break rule at the top of the sheet before anyone plays. Thirty-one matches is thirty-one chances for an argument.
At sixteen players you can improvise. At thirty-two you cannot: thirty-one matches on one table is a very long day, so work out how many courts, tables or boards you have and divide. Four tables turns a five-round day into something manageable, because the first round alone is sixteen matches.
Print two copies. One goes on the wall as the master record, one travels with whoever is running the draw. Corrections on a wall chart get messy quickly, and at this size there will be corrections.
