Engagement Rate = (Total Interactions / Total Followers) x 100
Example: 500 interactions / 10,000 followers x 100 = 5.0% engagement rate
Engagement rate tells you what percentage of your audience actively interacts with your content. In the example above, a 5% engagement rate means that for every 100 followers, 5 people took a meaningful action like liking, commenting, sharing, or saving your post. Total interactions include likes, comments, shares, saves, clicks, and any other measurable action your platform tracks.
